 Frequently Asked Questions

  • The event season at Longleaf Vineyard for larger weddings (26 guests or more) runs from May through October. For elopements or smaller gatherings of 25 or fewer guests, the season extends from March through mid-November, offering more flexibility for intimate celebrations.

  • Longleaf Vineyard has a maximum capacity of 120 guests, which includes the bridal party, providing a comfortable and enjoyable experience for everyone.

  • We do have a preferred vendor list. This is a list of vendors that we consistently recommend. These vendors have demonstrated excellence in their service and their values align with those of Longleaf Vineyard.

    Clients however, are not required to use our preferred vendors.

  • Yes we do. A Day Of Coordinator ensures every detail of your event runs smoothly, handling logistics, timelines and vendor coordination, so you can relax and fully enjoy your day without stress.

  • As a client you receive 11 hours of exclusive access to the property (12:00pm-11:00pm) ensuring privacy and uninterrupted use of the venue to celebrate, capture memories and enjoy your special day.

  • Your wedding package includes a one-hour rehearsal at Longleaf Vineyard the day before your event, giving you and your wedding part time to plan and feel confident for the big day.

  • Due to local noise ordinances, all entertainment at Longleaf Vineyard must conclude by 10pm. This helps maintain good relationships with our community while ensuring a peaceful environment for everyone.

  • Longleaf Vineyard provides a built-in rain plan for your event, offering a covered and enclosed pavilion as a reliable option. This offers security so your celebration can continue seamlessly no matter the weather.

  • Yes! We do ask that they are under the supervision of a designated care provider. This helps confirm that all guests have a safe and enjoyable experience.

  • Yes we can accommodate up to 40 cars in our designated parking area. Additionally we also provide a shuttle service to and from the parking area for added convenience.

  • Longleaf Vineyard is ADA compliant and wheelchair accessible, featuring smooth surfaces for all guests. We are committed to providing a welcoming and inclusive environment for everyone.

  • Longleaf Vineyard offers a brand new selection ceremony and reception chairs, traditional banquet style tables, incidental tables and complete lighting and draping. These features are designed to create a seamless and elegant setting for your special day.

  • As an added feature, Longleaf Vineyard offers a curated wine tasting experience for you and your guests. This optional add-on provides a unique and memorable way to elevate your celebration with the flavors of our vineyard.

  • The use of sparklers is prohibited at Longleaf Vineyard to ensure the safety of our guests and the preservation of the property. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy
